this is the perfect 2-coater white polish that can be worn alone or can be worn under any of the polka dots, glitter polishes and color shifting flakie polishes! Whisper White is a must have!!!!
Please Note: Due to the handmade nature of this product, some glitters and pigments may settle during shipping. For best results, please shake your bottle well before using (there are two 2 stainless steel mixing balls in each polish). It's always good to put a great top coat over your glitter polishes.
